Commissions

As the artist you are giving me full artistic license to complete a drawing as agreed during initial discussions. Due to the nature of materials and fixative, no amends, changes or edits can be made once the drawing has been completed. It is also not possible to make compositional changes whilst the drawing is in progress. If significant changes are required, resulting in a restart of the artwork and not of the artists fault, additional fees may be required.

No photos are sent during the drawing process, and photos of the completed drawing can only be shared after payment has been made in full.

All commissions require a 50% deposit to secure my time, this deposit is non refundable.

Once the drawing has been completed you will receive notification from me. You will need to complete payment in full before I am able to send any artwork or images.

All quotes are valid for 6 months, my rates may change over time however once a price has been agreed this will be honoured during this period.

All payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal using the business transaction section. (Friends and family payments not accepted)

All postage and packaging costs will be additional, and covered by the client. This cost will be confirmed at time of booking.

All artwork will be posted in appropriately protective packaging.

You may need to pay additional fees to cover specialist materials, I will always confirm if this is necessary at time of quoting, and I will confirm the exact cost.

I will always provide an estimated completion time when quoting, any deadlines will be agreed upon before starting, and will be held to. If there are any extreme circumstances outside of my control, I will contact you immediately to discuss options.
